A donation from ICAP Charity Day will go towards the Youth Development Programme, where wooden boatbuilding, sailing, and environmental research and restoration are tools for education, empowerment, and long-term engagement. High school students become deeply involved in ongoing project work while receiving academic and social/emotional counselling, college readiness, and professional training.

Rocking the Boat is an after school and summer programme empowering young people from the South Bronx to develop self-confidence, set ambitious goals, and gain the skills necessary to achieve them. Students work together to build wooden boats, learn to row and sail, and restore local urban waterways, revitalising their community while creating better lives for themselves.
