The Clink Charity

Charity Overview

The aim of The Clink Charity is to reduce re-offending by training prisoners and finding them employment in the hospitality industry at the end of their sentence. The Clink trainees work up to 40 hours per week in one its four restaurants which are open to the public, two of which are inside the prison wall. The dedicated full time trainers and assessors work closely with the trainees to help them gain their NVQ qualifications. Each has a support worker assigned to them who will help them to find employment and integrate them back into society upon their release.
