Charity Overview
Chen Su Lan Methodist Children’s Home provides care, protection and shelter to boys and girls aged between 5 and 21 years old. The children and young people under the charity’s care have experienced significant trauma from abuse, disrupted relationships, dysfunctional parenting methods or neglect. Most of the resident’s families are in financial hardship, prison or drug rehabilitation services. Some of the children’s parents also suffer from physical or mental health issues.
The Children’s Home is a last resort when all other options have been exhausted and there are no suitable family members to care for them.
