ICAP support will go towards both Community-Based and Site-Based Mentoring programmes, enabling Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Triangle to continue to positively impact the lives of young people in need of adult role models.

Charity Overview

Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Triangle (BBBST) operates under the belief that inherent in every child is the ability to succeed and thrive in life. As an affiliate of the nation’s largest donor and volunteer supported mentoring network, BBBST makes meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers (“Bigs”) and children (“Littles”), aged 6-18, in Wake, Durham, and Orange Counties. BBBST develop positive relationships that have an impactful, lasting effect on the social and academic development of at-risk young people.
