Singapore Red Cross is a humanitarian organisation, that brings people and institutions together in aid of protecting the dignity and lives of vulnerable members of Singapore’s community. Responding to emergencies since 1949, both locally and regionally, Singapore Red Cross is dedicated to serving the most vulnerable members of the community, relieving human suffering and protecting lives. For many Singaporeans, the charity is the safety net of social services, protecting at risk residents facing difficulties each day and also building capacity and resilience in the community. Internationally the charity bring humanitarian aid to those affected by natural disasters and emergency appeals.
