Charity Overview
Established in 2002, Kelly Chen Children Education Fund (KCCEF) is a non-profit voluntary organisation set up to support at risk children aged 18 or younger. The charity aim to enhance the well-being and prospects of the children it assists. A key objective of the charity is to raise public awareness of welfare rights for children by providing financial assistance and organising different types of activities for children in Hong Kong and China.
