Charity Overview

Lifeline Northern Beaches has been serving the local community for more than 40 years.  The charity works to relieve distress and suffering in the community caused by crisis situations. The telephone crisis support service, Lifeline 13 11 14, provides 24 hour assistance, seven days a week to those experiencing mental health issues.  People of all ages contact Lifeline about many issues including anxiety, depression, loneliness, abuse, trauma, bereavement and stress related issues. The charity’s vision is an Australia free of suicide.
