There are 49,000 children and young people across the UK living with a life-limiting or life-threatening condition, which means they are unlikely to live to reach adulthood. Together for Short Lives is the leading UK charity for these children and all those who support, love and care for them. Supporting families, professionals and services, including all 49 children's hospices across the UK, the charity helps to ensure that children can get the best possible care, wherever and whenever they need it.
