Funding from ICAP Charity Day will support 'The Dreams Project' - a therapeutic program that is integral to how we HammondCare deliver specialist palliative care. It helps bring to life dreams that can inspire hope as well as helping fulfil a final wish as part of a terminally ill patient’s overall palliative care plan.
