A donation from ICAP Charity Day will help Rakan IJN to care for patients' social needs, including providing self-quarantine houses to rent and basic necessities for mothers from Sabah and Sarawak, while their children undergo treatment or operation in IJN Kuala Lumpur.

Charity Overview

Since 1999, Rakan IJN volunteers have continued to provide support to the patients of Institut Jantung Negara (IJN). By sharing their experiences to relieve a patient’s worry, by providing recreational cheer to children, providing necessities and reading materials to patients in the wards, helping with patient rehabilitation programmes and assisting visitors of IJN through their Support Centre - these are some of the ways in which Rakan IJN volunteers have brought a smile and given much welcome comfort to so many patients of IJN
