ICAP's donation will support the Leadership Institute. The young adults will attend a 10-month programme which includes social-emotional learning (SEL), Mindfulness, Personal and Leadership Development. They leave with increased self awareness and confidence, tools and techniques for effective and mindful decision making, and the experience of youth-led community service.

Charity Overview

Just As I AM (JAIA) is a personal development and leadership programme for teens and young adults ages 16-21. They co-create with youth to build healthier communities by promoting mindfulness, mental health, and moral/ethical development.

Developing conscious, confident leaders nationally and globally through youth-led and adult-guided programming, JAIA imagines a world where youth voices are valued and included for the advancement of healthier communities.

JAIA are committed to empowering our youth towards self-mastery, as well as ethical mindful leadership as that will someday undo the effects of marginalisation and internalised oppression.
