With ICAP's donation, The Children’s Tumor Foundation are now funding preclinical testing of 50 candidate drugs through the Drug Discovery Initiative and NF Preclinical Consortium.

Charity Overview

The Children's Tumor Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to finding effective treatments for the millions worldwide living with neurofibromatosis (NF). NF causes tumors to grow on nerves throughout the body and can lead to blindness, bone abnormalities, cancer, deafness, disfigurement, learning disabilities, and excruciating and debilitating pain.

The Children’s Tumor Foundation funds critical research into neurofibromatosis. This research is also shedding new light on several forms of cancer, brain tumors, bone abnormalities, and learning disabilities, ultimately benefiting the broader community.
