ICAP's donation will fund the refurbishment of Christopher's, Shooting Star Chase’s Surrey-based Children's hospice. Now 15 years old, the building is in much need of some updates and improvements to better meet the needs of the children and families the charity support and also ensure it meets care regulatory standards.

Shooting Star Chase is a leading children’s hospice charity caring for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families.

Whether lives are measured in days, weeks, months or years Shooting Star Chase exist to make every moment count. The charity support families from diagnosis to end of life and throughout bereavement with a range of nursing, practical, emotional and medical care.

Shooting Star Chase offer bespoke support free of charge to families, available 365 days a year. The charity’s care service includes short breaks, Hospice at Home, symptom management, end-of-life care, bereavement care and a comprehensive range of therapies.
