Tegucigalpa, in Honduras does not have access to adequate sanitation due to the absence of suitable water infrastructure. Many communities have no clean, running water and rely on weekly delivers from water trucks to fill plastic barrels. ICAP’s support will address this situation at root level by helping to redevelop existing, yet poor sanitation facilities resulting in the communities of Ciudad Guzmán and Altos de la Laguna having access to clean, safe water and sanitation resources.

Hope for a Healthier Humanity (HHH) is committed to helping the developing nations of Latin America achieve and sustain improved health, sanitation and overall wellbeing. HHH delivers educational programmes and medical, dental and nursing training courses to deprived regions. The charity train local community members and medical professionals to become leaders in multiple disciplines of healthcare. HHH also utilises existing resources both in the U.S and internationally by shipping medical supplies, equipment and pharmaceuticals to the area's most in need. HHH specifically targets women and children with a holistic approach to sanitation, hygiene and nutrition.
