Charity Overview
This year's Lord Mayor’s Appeal, under the banner of the 'City in Society' reflects the City of London's major contribution to the society it serves and focuses, in particular, on its support of the arts. Through its chosen charities, the Appeal aims to encourage and challenge people to give more and do more, to secure the future for the next generation, whether by building aspiration and nurturing talent through music, lifting children out of poverty, safeguarding the environment or protecting and providing access to art in all its forms.
