Currently there are 32 schools on KidsCan’s waiting list. The donation from ICAP will result in KidsCan supporting even more schools and children in need. Simple things such as food, shoes, raincoats and basic hygiene and healthcare items can make a powerful difference to a child’s start in life.

Charity Overview

One in four children in New Zealand currently lives in poverty. KidsCan’s mission is to meet the physical and nutritional needs of these children so they are more likely to engage in their education and reach their full potential in life. The charity was founded in 2005 and today supports the education of thousands of disadvantaged children in 352 decile 1 - 4 schools across New Zealand.
