Charity Overview
Founded in 1979, Moo Baan Dek, or Children's Village School is a place which provides shelter, care and a loving home to 150 under-privileged, mostly orphaned children in the Wangdong Sub-district, Muang, Kanchanaburi. Located on the bank of the Kwae Yai River, the role of the school and its teachers is to guide and support the children mentally, emotionally and physical so they can learn and develop into healthy adults to enable them to eventually live independently in society.
